At Evensky Periodontics and Dental Implants, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this, we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize any insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
Patients with dental insurance typically do not realize that their insurance coverage is simply a contract between the patient and the insurance company. Insurance companies do not guarantee coverage of many of our procedures, which subsequently means we do not guarantee coverage by any dental insurance company for our patients.
We help our patients, pending upon their dental insurance plan, by promptly submitting claims or pre-determinations of benefits. A patient will then receive reimbursement for dental procedures completed at our practice for whatever their insurance plan allows, or for none of the treatment fee. We are not participants in any insurance plan, and you will not find our names in a list of providers from your insurance company. Unfortunately, we are not able to bill Medicare for dental procedures.
Instead, we put all of our efforts into the correct diagnosis of any underlying problem, the choice of the optimal care for each patient, and of course, providing the top treatment in a unique, caring office. We do all of these things to ensure the very highest quality of dental care at our practice.
